Located less than 10 km from East Arm Wharf, with access to Darwin International Airport, the Stuart Highway and Robertson Barracks, the estate is positioned to support contractors servicing Defence platforms as well as general industry.

Stage 1 delivered an access road and services to four lots ranging from approximately 6,500 m² to 50,000 m². Holtze Industrial Estate forms part of a broader 53-hectare future development area, with subsequent stages progressing through planning and design and delivered in response to proponent demand and market conditions.

Stage 2 is currently underway, delivering six new serviced lots, with expected completion in Q3 2026.

Tenure pathways include development lease arrangements (convertible to freehold) and longer-term lease options, providing flexibility for owner-occupiers and investors seeking industrial land within a connected logistics precinct.
