Zuccoli Village is a residential estate delivered through a development partnership with national firm Urbex to provide staged housing supply in Palmerston’s growth corridor.
About the project
The project is structured for progressive lot delivery and settlement aligned to market demand, with remaining phases planned to maintain continuity of supply. The final stage of the estate is currently in planning, with construction expected to occur over the coming years as the estate progresses toward completion.
LDC’s role centres on land stewardship and partnership governance to support staged servicing and headworks delivery as the development progresses.
