LDC Outlook 2025-26

LDC has released its Outlook Report 2025–26, highlighting key projects and priorities for the year ahead.

Major initiatives include a new industrial subdivision at the Marine Industry Park, East Arm, Stage 2 of Holtze Industrial Estate, and housing delivery in Kilgariff and Fannie Bay. A $48 million capital works program will support these activities.
